Since the internal structure and integrity of the hair is not disrupted, there is no need for conditioning additives that can hinder the perming process. Return Policy
Return Period: You have 30 days from the day your order is placed to make a return.Return Process: To start a return, please visit our Return Center. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shampoos, Conditioners, Serums, Oils, Hairsprays, Nail Polish are all final sale.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the product. If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund. If the product is damaged, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
