How to use:

  1. Create the necessary combination necessary for a certain type of hair from the Deep Treatment (Step 2) and 3 Power Booster activators.
  2. Mixing proportions: one press of the Deep Treatment dispenser (Step 2) and three presses of the Power Booster activator dispenser.
  3. Apply the prepared cocktail to the washed hair, after removing excess moisture with a towel.
  4. The exposure time is from 7 to 20 minutes.
  5. Wash off with water.

Shipping Cost: All orders $75 or over receive FREE shipping. Orders under $75 are subject to a $10 shipping fee.

Shipping Times: Orders should arrive within 3 days, but it may take 7-10 days for more rural areas.

Shipping Locations: Orders can be delivered to any Canadian address. Note: Moroccanoil professional orders can only be shipped within Ontario.

Return Policy

Return Period: You have 30 days from the day your order is placed to make a return.

Return Process: To start a return, please visit our Return Center. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shampoos, Conditioners, Serums, Oils, Hairsprays, Nail Polish are all final sale.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the product.  If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.  If the product is damaged, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
