Oligo Blacklight Cool Toned Blonde Lightener. Infused with cool dyes and pigments neutralizing unwanted brassiness. Leaves hair a vibrant cool toned blonde.

Feautures:

  • Controlled lifting up to 8 levels. Lightens and tones in one step.
  • Dust free formula provides the most intense lightening procedure.
  • Ideal for both on and off the scalp.

How to Use:

Directions

  1. Mix 1:1 with Blacklight developers depending on degree of lightening desired.
  2. Apply on dry hair
  3. Check frequently to avoid over processing
  4. Rinse with water thoroughly until water is clear
  5. Shampoo lightly with Blacklight Shampoo and followed by Blacklight Conditioner
  6. Rinse thoroughly

Directions (On the scalp)

  1. Mix 1:1.5 with Blacklight 20 Volume (6%) Developer or less.
  2. Apply on dry hair
  3. Process less than 60 minutes
  4. Check frequently until desired result
  5. Rinse with water thoroughly until water is clear
  6. Shampoo lightly with Blacklight Shampoo and followed by Blacklight Conditioner
  7. Rinse thoroughly

Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost: All orders $75 or over receive FREE shipping. Orders under $75 are subject to a $10 shipping fee.

Shipping Times: Orders should arrive within 3 days, but it may take 7-10 days for more rural areas.

Shipping Locations: Orders can be delivered to any Canadian address. Note: Moroccanoil professional orders can only be shipped within Ontario.

Return Policy

Return Period: You have 30 days from the day your order is placed to make a return.

Return Process: To start a return, please visit our Return Center. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shampoos, Conditioners, Serums, Oils, Hairsprays, Nail Polish are all final sale.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the product.  If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.  If the product is damaged, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
