Quantum 5 Extra Volume Acid Perm (Grey Logo). Formula for normal, tinted or highlighted hair (medium to firm curl). Contains Moisture Shield Interim treatment. Ceramides and Silicones have also been added for incredible shine, conditioning and moisture restoration.

How to Use:

  1. Shampoo. Gently shampoo hair with clarifying shampoo and towel dry.
  2. Wrap. Block damp hair into sections and wrap.
  3. Mix Activator with Waving Lotion, then Apply. Place cotton around hairline and towel at the nape of neck.
  4. Rinse.
  5. Neutralize.
  6. Rinse.

Shipping Times: Orders should arrive within 3 days, but it may take 7-10 days for more rural areas.

Shipping Locations: Orders can be delivered to any Canadian address. Note: Moroccanoil professional orders can only be shipped within Ontario.

Return Policy

Return Period: You have 30 days from the day your order is placed to make a return.

Return Process: To start a return, please visit our Return Center. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shampoos, Conditioners, Serums, Oils, Hairsprays, Nail Polish are all final sale.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the product.  If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.  If the product is damaged, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
