Design.ME Bounce.Me Hair Curling Spray Gel a multitasking product designed to provide hold, moisture, to retain curl and definition for all curl types. This product helps guard against flyaways and frizz in humid conditions and is packed with natural, performance-driven ingredients to strengthen and protect curls.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost: All orders $75 or over receive FREE shipping. Orders under $75 are subject to a $10 shipping fee.

Shipping Times: Orders should arrive within 3 days, but it may take 7-10 days for more rural areas.

Shipping Locations: Orders can be delivered to any Canadian address. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Note: Moroccanoil professional orders can only be shipped within Ontario.


Return Policy

Return Period: You have 30 days from the day your order is placed to make a return.

Return Process: To start a return, please visit our Return Center. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shampoos, Conditioners, Serums, Oils, Hairsprays, Nail Polish are all final sale.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the product.  If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.  If the product is damaged, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
