Wella Color Charm Permanent Hair Color gives vibrant, long lasting and fade resistant results. While offering a beautiful shine, this product also conditions it to make sure the color pigments penetrate the hair. Its gentle floral scent transform this process into a more pleasurable experience.

How to use: mix ColorCharm with Wella 20 Volume Cream Developer at 1:2 ratio.

  • Lightening on first time color-treated hair:
    1. Apply color to lengths and ends, starting 1-inch away from the scalp.
    2. Let sit for 15 minutes.
    3. Apply the rest of the mixture to untreated hair at the scalp area.
    4. Develop for an additional 15-30 minutes or until color is even.
  • Same Depth or Darker on first time color-treated hair:
    1. Apply color from scalp to ends.
    2. Gently comb the hair using a wide-tooth comb.
    3. Develop 30-45 minutes depending on gray coverage.
  • Re-growth application:
    1. Apply color to re-growth area.
    2. Develop 30-45 minutes depending on gray coverage.

Shipping Cost: All orders $75 or over receive FREE shipping. Orders under $75 are subject to a $10 shipping fee.

Shipping Times: Orders should arrive within 3 days, but it may take 7-10 days for more rural areas.

Shipping Locations: Orders can be delivered to any Canadian address. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Note: Moroccanoil professional orders can only be shipped within Ontario.


Return Policy

Return Period: You have 30 days from the day your order is placed to make a return.

Return Process: To start a return, please visit our Return Center. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shampoos, Conditioners, Serums, Oils, Hairsprays, Nail Polish are all final sale.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the product.  If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.  If the product is damaged, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
