Wella ColorCharm Clear Developer is specially stabilized for use with all permanent hair colors. Great for covering white/gray hair or lightening natural hair color.

How to use:

  1. Apply to the hair using your desired technique.
  2. Mix ColorCharm with Wella 20 Volume Cream Developer at 1:2 ratio.
  3. Develop for 30 minutes and up to 45 minutes if needed.

Shipping Cost: All orders $75 or over receive FREE shipping. Orders under $75 are subject to a $10 shipping fee.

Shipping Times: Orders should arrive within 3 days, but it may take 7-10 days for more rural areas.

Shipping Locations: Orders can be delivered to any Canadian address. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Note: Moroccanoil professional orders can only be shipped within Ontario.


Return Policy

Return Period: You have 30 days from the day your order is placed to make a return.

Return Process: To start a return, please visit our Return Center. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shampoos, Conditioners, Serums, Oils, Hairsprays, Nail Polish are all final sale.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the product.  If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.  If the product is damaged, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
