After your payment is verified, it takes up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Your order will arrive via UPS, and can take 2-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow the shipment.
If your order is $75 or over shipping is free within Canada. Orders under $75 are subject to a flat $10 shipping fee.
Currently, PBS can only ship within Canada. We will let you know when international shipping is available.
All of the products are shipped right here in Canada, out of our distribution center. It is basically shipping straight from your backyard!
We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer GooglePay and shopPay too! All charges will be in CAD.
If you need to change, cancel, or update your order once it has been placed, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
"Unfulfilled" means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again. If the problem persists please contact us.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order is shipped to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (10% restocking fee applies if the item is used). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please visit our Return Center. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shampoos, Conditioners, Serums, Oils, Hairsprays, Nail Polish are all final sale.

We’re sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant directly.
We’ve got you covered here too. All returns will be covered with a free return shipping label that we will provide to your in our Return Center, which means no expenses at the post office!
We’re sad to see you go! After recieving and inspecting that your product is in new and orginal condition. You will receive an email confirming your refund.

A Pro Beauty Seller account gives you access to our entire professional product catalogue at salon pricing. So you can purchase the products you need to run your business with no contract or minimum order quantity.
